Woodgrove Lodge is approached up a drive of pine trees from the Gannel road, situated in a quiet location, overlooking the river Gannel in Newquay.The property was built in 2000 and is a split level house, with the 3 Guest rooms on the ground floor and the Dinning Room on the first floor.The Dinning room opens onto a Balcony where breakfast can be served on sunny mornings overlooking the river, with an abundance of birds and squirrels in the trees to watch whilst enjoying your Full English Breakfast. Breakfast served between 8-30 and 9-30 or by arrangement. The famous Fistral Surfing beach is only 5 mins drive.This makes Woodgrove a perfect base for touring the rest of Cornwall. With most places assessable within an hours Drive. Newquay airport is only 15 minutes drive. Transfers can be arranged.Rail and bus station 5 mins drive. Eden project Nr St Austel, Rick Steins Seafood restaurant in Padstow 30 mins drive. From the M5 Follow signs for the A 30 follow A30 for approx 75 miles till your reach Indian Queens. From Indian Queens Follow the A 392 for approx 8 miles in to Newquay. Once you have passed the Boating Lake you will enter Gannel Road, Travel along Gannel Road for Approx 14 of a Mile Just before the bend up the hill you will find Woodgrove Lodge to your right when entering the drive way please keep to the left hand drive and follow straight to the top
