Fairview House offers its guests a base in the heart of Newquay. Comfortable rooms, equipped to fit the requirements of any traveller. We offer room only with no dining facilities. We can, however, deliver a freshly baked breakfast baguette or toast and preserve to your room in the morning at an additional cost; if ordered before 10pm. Please see our breakfast options page.The area around the Fairview Guest House has a large selection of popular cafés and restaurants offering breakfast, lunch and evening meal options. We are just 2 minutes's walk from Newquay town centre and 5 minutes walk to the main surfing beaches. We are close to the bus and train stations and taxis. We have a mix of Double, Single and Triple rooms. All rooms have tea and Coffee making facilities, Freeview Colour TV, Hair Dryers. Your own keys at all times so you can come and go at your leisure. Towels are supplied. Open all year.Sorry, we do not cater for large groups.

By car, From the A30 take the A392. Indian queensNewquay exit. Follow the signs for Newquay turn right at the trevemper Road roundabout by the boating lake.Turn left at the next roundabout into Trenance Road. continue up the hill till you come to a set of traffic lights turn right at this set of traffic lights into St Thomas road. Then next left into fairview terrace fairview guest house is on the left hand side at the bottom of fairview terrace.
