The Guest House is located on Mount Wise, only a 3 minute walk to the town centre and a 5 minute walk to the beach.We aim to be your perfect hosts, offering comfy accommodation and hearty breakfasts, close to the centre of Newquay. Guests have 24hr access with your own door keys. All our rooms are en-suite, offer free tea and coffee making facilities, hair dryers, digital TVs, DVD and have free Wi-Fi internet. We offer superior rooms, double rooms, twin rooms as well as family suites. Some on-site parking is available free on request. Enjoy breakfast in our dining room with views across the town to the sea. The dining room is also available for you to use in the evenings to bring in your takeaway. Please ring our door bell where we will be happy to help you unload your car. For those of you without satellite navigation you will need to leave the A30 and Take the A39B3279 ramp to NewquayA392AirportSt ColombSt DennisIndian Queens were at the roundabout take the 3rd exit onto the A39. At the next roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto A392 which you will need to follow for around 6 miles going over 2 further roundabouts on the third roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Trevemper RdA392 go over the next roundabout before taking the third exit at the next roundabout on mount Wise. Geckos rest is located opposite Mount Wise car park.By PlaneNewquay airport is located 6 miles from Geckos Rest and will take around 20 minutes by taxi. For plane times and routes please go to Newquay Airports Home page at www.newquaycornwallairport.com.By TrainGeckos rest is located just over half a mile from Newquay Train station so is in walking distance, although up hill. Turn left out of Station Parade and head along Cliff Road until you reach Berry Road on your left. Turn left up Berry Road which will turn into Mount Wise where Geckos Rest is located on the left hand side of the road. Proceed down Manor Road in the direction of the traffic until you see a passage way on the right hand side of the road. Proceed up this passage way and cross St Michael's Road were the passage way continues. At the top of the passage way you will find Geckos Rest on the opposite side of the road.
