This select development of deluxe villas and apartments is set in the grounds of the Porth Veor Manor Hotel and guests have full access to the hotel facilities including the bar, restaurant and swimming pool. All of the units, refurbished 2007, this 4 star rated residence is equipped and furnished to a very high standard throughout and available on either a self catering basis or can be booked in advance, subject of course to space, on a bed and breakfast or half board basis. The excellent facilities include: 7 villas and 4 apartments each with 2 bedrooms, one double and one twin both with TV, plus one 3 bedroom villa with one double and two twins. Each unit has 2 deluxe bathrooms, with one en-suite. All bedrooms have TV and DVD. Loungediner with widescreen TV and selected satellite channels plus DVD and a high quality double sofa bed. Min 23 night bookings, please check at time of booking.Please note that check in as at Porth Veor Manor Hotel located at the top of the driveway. All guests of Porth Veor Villas and Apartments are welcome to use all facilities of The Porth Veor Manor hotel including outdoor heated pool (Apr Oct) bar and Beaucliffes restaurant.ARRIVALCHECK IN DETAILS: Please note the latest check-in time is 9pm. Arrivals later than 9pm can only be accepted in exceptional circumstances and by prior arrangement. Should you be arriving later due to a delayed flight, for example, or a specific traffic problem, please contact LateRooms.com who can provide you with the contact numbers required for late arrival. Payment and Cancellation Terms and ConditionsPlease note that our reservations office hours are 8am - 8pm. Please do NOT make an online booking to arrive on the same day after 8pm as this booking will not be processed and there will be no accommodation booked for you.NB: Swipe only American Express and Visa cards are not accepted. A non-refundable deposit of £150 per unit per week (or part thereof) is due at the time of booking. Full payment if total is less. Full balance due 1 month prior to arrival. Cancellation charges: 27-15 days 50% of total booking costs, 14 days or less no refund. Any amendment to an existing booking will incur an amendment fee of £30-00 per unit. GROUP BOOKINGS: Groups are most welcome. Please note that staghen parties will NOT be accepted, neither will all-male or all-female parties. Such bookings would be turned away on arrival and there would be no refund of any monies paid and no alternative accommodation will be found or offered.
